Cranberry dark chocolate

A decadent end to a romantic dinner. Dark chocolate and cranberries are rich in anti-oxidants!

Ingredients

 
  • 300
    g
    dark chocolate chips - best quality
  • 100
    g
    dried cranberries
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Break chocolate into a glass bowl and place over a simmering pot of water; make sure water does not touch the glass

Mix melted chocolate with dried cranberries.

Pour melted chocolate onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Store in a cool area – not the fridge. When hardened, break into shards and serve.

Tip of the day

 
Basic basil care
Basil wilts quickly, but will perk up when left in cool water for about 30 minutes. Then blot the leaves dry and store them at room temperature in a tightly sealed bag. If basil is stored in the refrigerator, it turns black.
