    crabsticks with seafood mayonnaise sachet
  • 250
    g
    frozen garden peas
  • 375
    ml
    milk
  • 125
    ml
    cream
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 15
    ml
    sherry (optional)
 

Method

 
Thinly slice frozen crabsticks. Combine all ingredients and slowly heat in a casserole on the stove, or microwave at 100 percent power for 12-15 minutes, until just at boiling point. Put through blender until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
