Ingredients (8)

410.00 g cream of mushroom soup
410.00 g soup — cream of asparagus
250.00 g crab sticks
250.00 g peas — frozen
375.00 ml milk
125.00 ml cream
salt and freshly ground back pepper — to taste
15.00 ml sherry — optional

Method:

Thinly slice frozen crabsticks. Combine all ingredients and slowly heat in a casserole on the stove, or microwave at 100 percent power for 12-15 minutes, until just at boiling point. Put through blender until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
Serves 8.
