Couscous and pork sausage salad

    ml
    couscous
  • 250
    ml
    warm chicken stock
  • 20
    ml
    olive oil
  • 5
    bacon sausages, sliced and lightly fried
  • 15
    ml
    wholegrain mustard
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

Bring the couscous, stock and oil to the boil in a saucepan. Cover and remove from the heat.
Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Fluff the couscous with a fork.
Mix the sausages with the mustard and stir into the couscous mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
