Ingredients

  • 500
    ml
    readymade chicken stock
  • 10
    ml
    cinnamon
  • 500
    g
    couscous
  • 30
    ml
    butter
 

Method

2 minutes
 
Heat the stock and cinnamon in a saucepan and, when it is simmering, add the couscous and simmer with the lid on for one minute.
Remove from heat and leave to stand for five minutes.
Stir in the butter and separate the granules with a fork. Serve as an accompaniment.
