  • 650
    ml
    water
  • 3
    ml
    salt
  • splash of oil
  • 500
    ml
    quick-cook couscous
 

Method

 
Bring water, salt and oil to the boil.
Add quick-cook couscous and simmer for 1 minute.
Remove from heat, cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Remove pot lid and fluff grains with a fork.
You will never have stodgy couscous again.
