    cake flour
  • 250
    g
    smooth cottage cheese
  • 10
    ml
    baking powder
  • 1
    extra-large egg
  • 30
    ml
    sugar
  • 3
    ml
    salt (use 5 ml if desired)
  • 30
    ml
    oil
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 180 °C and grease a baking sheet lightly with oil or spray with non-stick spray.
Mix all ingredients and divide into 8 balls.
Bake for 30 minutes until risen and done.
