Cottage cheese balls

  • 250
    g
    smooth cottage cheese
  • 250
    ml
    puffed rice
  • 1
    ml
    salt
  • finely grated biltong
 

Method

 
Combine the cottage cheese and puffed rice and chill the mixture for about 30 minutes. Roll into small balls (do not make the balls too big, otherwise they will dry out) and roll each ball in the biltong. Chill until needed. Serve with bread wheels (see recipe) and cherry tomatoes. Makes about 30 small balls.
