Ingredients (8)

300.00 g bully beef
25.00 ml mustard — prepared
375.00 ml flour — cake
10.00 ml Baking powder
salt — pinch
250.00 ml milk
1.00 eggs — extra-large, whisked
oil — for frying

Method:

Cut the bully beef into 1 cm thick slices and spread one side of each slice with mustard.
Combine the cake flour, baking powder and salt and add the milk and egg. Stir well with a whisk until smooth and lump-free.
Dip the slices of bully beef in the batter and fry both sides in shallow oil until brown and done.
Serve with mashed potato and tomato.
Makes 8 slices.
