Coleslaw with litchis

Ingredients

  • SALAD
  • 1
    medium cabbage coarsely shredded
  • 1
    each, red and green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1
    stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 400
    g
    stoned litchis, drained and halved
  • DRESSING
  • 250
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • pinch marsala
 

Method

 
Combine all the salad ingredients just before serving. Season the mayonnaise with the marsala and mix with the salad ingredients. Serve in the hollows of cabbage leaves.
