Ingredients

    dressing coconut milk
  • 80
    ml
    sour cream
  • 10
    ml
    fish sauce
  • 10
    ml
    soft brown sugar
  • 20
    ml
    lime juice
  • 5
    pinch
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 30

    chopped fresh coriander
  • 1
    garlic clove, chopped
  • 1
    salad small cabbage, shredded
  • 6
    spring onions, sliced diagonally
  • 1
    green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1
    green apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 200

    1 packet of crackles
  • 80
    ml
    almond splinters, toasted
 

Method

Dressing Whisk together all the ingredients and chill.

Salad Combine the cabbage, spring onions, green pepper and apple.

Cover and refrigerate until just before serving.

Mix the crackles with the salad and sprinkle the almonds on top.

Drizzle dressing over the salad or serve separately.
