Ingredients (12)

dressing coconut milk
80.00 ml sour cream
10.00 ml fish sauce
10.00 ml brown sugar — soft
20.00 ml lime juice
5.00 pinch freshly ground black pepper — to taste
30.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped
1.00 garlic — cloves, chopped
salad small cabbage, shredded
6.00 spring onions — sliced diagonally
1.00 green pepper — deseeded and thinly sliced
1.00 apples — green, cored and thinly sliced
200.00 g crackling
80.00 ml almonds — flaked, toasted

Method:

Dressing Whisk together all the ingredients and chill.

Salad Combine the cabbage, spring onions, green pepper and apple.

Cover and refrigerate until just before serving.

Mix the crackles with the salad and sprinkle the almonds on top.

Drizzle dressing over the salad or serve separately.
