    slices wholewheat bread, buttered
  • 2
    cabbage leaves, finely shredded
  • 1
    large carrot, scraped clean and cut into strips
  • 4
    fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • 1
    tomato, sliced
  • 50
    ml
    raisins
  • 50
    ml
    bean sprouts (optional)
  • 50
    ml
    plain yoghurt
 

Method

 
Arrange all the vegetables on 3 slices of bread. Sprinkle the raisins and bean sprouts on top and top with the yoghurt. Cover with the other 2-3 slices bread and slice the sandwiches. Wrap in wax paper. Serves 2-3.
