    g
    instant noodles
  • 1
    head cabbage, shredded
  • 1
  • bananas and grapes (optional)
  • almond flakes, peanuts or sesame seeds
 

Method

 
To make coleslaw, add boiling water to 2 packets (85 g each) Two Minute noodles and leave until tender. Drain. Shred half a head of cabbage and add the noodles and salad dressing. Add banana slices and grapes if desired. Sprinkle with almond flakes, red-skin peanuts or toasted sesame seeds.
