Coffee ricotta cream

  • 300
    g
    ricotta cheese
  • 125
    ml
    cream, whipped
  • 30
    ml
    honey
  • 60
    ml
    coffee liqueur of your choice
  • Nescafé coffee powder
 

Method

 
Place ricotta cheese in a mixing bowl. Fold in cream and honey until well mixed. Spoon mixture into small ramekins and pour liqueur over. Sprinkle coffee powder over and serve with biscuits of your choice (biscotti, amaretti, macaroons, and so on).
