Coffee liqueur jelly

Ingredients

  • 30
    ml
    gelatine
  • 125
    ml
    Tia Maria or Mocha Tia
  • 750
    ml
    hot Nescafé coffee
  • 1
    orange, rind
  • 150
    g
    sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • roasted slivered almonds
 

Method

 
1. Put gelatine in bowl and soften with Tia Maria. Add coffee, orange rind, sugar and salt. Stir until clear. Cool. 2. Pour into individual moulds or glasses and chill until firm. 3. Garnish with slivered almonds and serve with a cigarette biscuit.
