Ingredients (6)

397.00 g condensed milk
250.00 ml cream — fresh
250.00 ml brandy
12.00 ml vanilla — essence
5.00 ml caramel — essence
12.00 ml nescafé instant coffee granules — dissolved in boiling water

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well. Pour into a clean jar or bottle, screw on the lid and chill until needed. Shake well before using.
Makes about 800 ml liqueur.
