Coddled eggs

  • Dash of cream
  • Butter
  • Seasoning to your taste
  • Bacon

Grease two ramekins well with butter and crack an egg into each one, season and add a dash of cream.
Cover them with foil and place in a larger dish with boiling water to about halfway up the ramekins, bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Serve with crispy bacon and toast with cheese and chives.
