Ingredients (13)

2.00 red chilli — deseeded and chopped
3.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
30.00 ml fresh ginger — chopped
50.00 g fresh coriander
50.00 ml sesame oil
500.00 ml stock — chicken
500.00 ml coconut milk
16.00 prawns — heads removed
15.00 ml fish sauce
200.00 g noodles — vermicelli
30.00 ml chopped
6.00 spring onions — sliced
30.00 ml lime juice

Method:

Blend chillies, garlic, ginger, coriander and oil to a smooth paste.
Stir-fiy over moderate heat for 2 minutes. Add stock, coconut milk and prawns and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in fish sauce.
Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
