Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cream together butter and castor sugar.
Beat in coconut milk and coconut.
Add self-raising flour and mix to form a soft dough.
Roll into balls and flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
Leave to cool on the baking sheets and decorate with a drop icing made from coconut milk and icing sugar.
