    desiccated coconut
  • 160
    g
    Jelly Tots
  • 220
    g
    castor sugar
  • 4
    large egg whites

Oven temperature: 180°C
1. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

2. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

3. Roll into balls and place onto the baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
