Feta in vine leaves

Ingredients (8)

200 g feta cheese
1/4 cup fresh chillies — 573
10 g fresh dill — chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
lemon — zested
freshly ground black pepper
16 vine leaves — pickled
olives — and pita bread, to serve

Method:

Preheat oven to 180ºC.

Break feta into small blocks, place in a bowl, add olive oil and sprinkle with dill, oregano, lemon zest and black pepper. Leave to marinate for 20 min.
Place vine leaves in a bowl, pour over boiling water and allow to stand for 10 min. Remove and rinse well under cold water. Pat dry.

Enclose cheese in vine leaves and place on a lined baking tray. Bake for 10 min.

To serve:
Unwrap vine leaves and serve with bread and olives.
