    vienna sausages, sliced

    small fresh button mushrooms

    small gherkins, halved
  • grated Cheddar cheese
 

Method

15-20 minutes
 
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC (400 ºF). Grease a few baking sheets. Sift together the dry ingredients and rub in the butter with your fingertips until well blended. Add the milk and mix lightly. Roll out on a floured surface until about 5 mm thick and cut into 12 circles, 10 cm in diameter. Arrange the dough circles on the baking sheets. Spread with the tomato and onion mix and sprinkle with cheese. Use Vienna sausages for the eyes, mushrooms for the nose and gherkins for the mouth. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is done and the cheese has melted.
