Avocado Ritz and shrimp recipe

    shrimp
  • 60
    ml
    PnP mayonnaise
  • 60
    ml
    PnP plain yoghurt, fat-free
  • 2
    Tbs
    PnP lemon juice
  • 1
    dash
    tabasco, or cayenne pepper
  • 2
    tsp
    PnP tomato sauce
  • 2
    tsp
    brandy, (optional)
  • 1
    pinch
    salt and milled pepper
  • 2
    medium avocados, halved
 

Method

Defrost shrimp and drain any excess water.

Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt, lemon juice, Tabasco, tomato sauce and brandy together.  Then season mixture and toss with shrimps.

Spoon seafood mixture into hollows of halved avocados and serve.
