Classic berries, yoghurt and muesli

An old, yet much-loved favourite!

Ingredients

 
  • 300
    g
    mixed berries
  • 2
    Tbs
    honey
  • 500
    g
    Greek yoghurt
  • 100
    g
    toasted muesli
  • 3-4 crushed ginger biscuits
  • fresh berries to garnish; honey to drizzle
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 

Place the berries and honey in a bowl, crush berries gently with a fork and stir together.
Mix together the muesli and ginger biscuits, set aside.

To assemble

Place a layer of crushed berries in the base of a glass, top with a layer of muesli mix, then yoghurt. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

To serve
Serve topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey.
