Citrus yoghurt fool

  • 500
    ml
    thick, full cream Greek yoghurt
  • 65
    ml
    honey
  • 65
    ml
    toasted flaked almonds
  • 1
    each, lemon and orange, thinly sliced peel
 

Method

 
Spoon chilled yoghurt into 4 glasses. Use 125 ml (1/2 cup) a person. Drizzle honey liberally over yoghurt and top with nuts and citrus peel. Serve.
