This lovely dressing will revive any salad with its beautiful citrus taste.

Ingredients (12)

90 ml olive oil — extra virgin
1/2 ClemenGold®️ mandarin — or orange zest
20 ml ClemenGold®️ mandarin — juice
15 ml lemon juice
10 ml honey
5 ml Dijon mustard
1/2 garlic — cloves, crushed
fresh ginger — peeled, finely grated
fresh mint — finely chopped
1/2 red chilli — deseeded, finely chopped
1/2 vanilla — pod, split, seeds scraped
salt and freshly ground back pepper

Method:

Whisk all together in a small glass bowl and set aside until needed.
