    oranges
  • 2
    naartjies or tangerines
  • 1
    packet mixed lettuce
  • 250
    g
    cocktail tomatoes, halved
  • 100
    g
    croutons
  • 1
    red onion, sliced into rings
  • 1
    stalk lemongrass, chopped
  • 100
    g
    Parmesan cheese
  • Vinaigrette dressing
 

Method

 
1. Peel and segment the fruits, removing the white pith. Cut the segments in half.
2. Arrange lettuce leaves on a large platter or individual serving plates.
3. Top with all remaining ingredients. Spoon dressing over and serve chilled.
