    cream, chilled
  • pinch salt
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • pinch ground ginger
  • 30
    ml
    sugar
  • 30
    ml
    orange liqueur or orange juice
  • 10
    ml
    grated orange rind
  • 125
    ml
    plain yoghurt
 

Method

 
Whip the cream until nearly stiff. Add the salt and spices. Add the sugar and whip until stiff. Fold in the remaining ingredients and chill until needed.
