Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Spread peaches (with juice) over base of a 23 cm pie dish.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon. Rub in the butter.
Stir in the Ideal milk.
Mix until smooth.
Spoon batter over the peaches.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Dust with icing sugar and serve with custard or cream.
This pudding is delicious made with any type of fresh or canned fruit - try apples, pears or plums, (if using fresh fruit, remember to add extra sugar to the fruit, to taste).
