    margarine
  • 375
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 680
    ml
    cake flour
  • 10
    ml
    cream of tartar
  • 5
    ml
    bicarbonate of soda
  • 3
    ml
    salt
  • FOR ROLLING
  • 250
    ml
    granulated sugar
  • 10
    ml
    cinnamon
 

Method

 
1. Cream together the margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. 2. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture. Mix well to form a firmish dough. 3. Wrap in clingfilm and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 4. Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts. Roll in sugar and cinnamon mix and place well apart, about 5 cm, onto ungreased baking sheets. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ºC for 10 to 12 minutes.
