Cinnamon cake

    flour
  • 125
    g
    sugar
  • 125
    g
    softened butter
  • 2
    large eggs
  • 1/4
    cup
    milk
  • 1
    Tbs
    baking powder
  • 1/2
    tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 25
    g
    grated Willie’s Cacao
 

Method

25 mins
 
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.
Pour into a lined and buttered baking tin.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Turn out to cool before icing.

Cooks note: the cacao is very subtle and does not make the cake as dark as commercial cacao powder does.
