Cinnamon and nut rub for pork chops

Ingredients (7)

125.00 ml raisins
375.00 ml vinegar — balsamic
10.00 ml brown sugar
4.00 pork — chops
30.00 ml oil
100.00 g macadamia nuts — finely chopped
10.00 ml cinnamon — ground

Method:

Soak raisins in vinegar for 30 minutes. Simmer with sugar for 5 minutes. Brush pork chops with oil, then coat them in nuts and cinnamon. Grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked (time depends on thickness of chops). Serve with raisin vinegar sauce, grilled leeks and potatoes tossed in wholegrain mustard.
