Ciabatta pizza slices

    large ciabatta
  • 30
    olive oil
  • 3
    cloves fresh garlic
  • 50
    basil pesto
  • toppings of your choice (salami, ham, olives, peppadews, spinach)
  • mozzarella


20 minutes
Spread the bread slices on baking trays and toast under a hot grill until golden on both sides.
Mix together the olive oil and garlic. Brush one side of each slice of bread with the flavoured olive oil.
Spread with basil pesto. Add the toppings of your choice and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place slices onto baking trays and grill for five to eight minutes until cheese is golden.
Serve hot.
