1.00 ciabatta
45.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
salt — to taste
180.00 g olive tapenade — green
10.00 cherry tomatoes — tapenade
24.00 fresh basil
180.00 g pesto — sauce

Method:

Cut bread into 24 slices.
Arrange on a baking sheet, brush slices with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake in preheated 200 ºC oven for 15 minutes, until browned.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Spread a little tapenade over each slice and top with a cherry tomato slice.
Dip each basil leaf into the pesto sauce and lay on top, then serve.
