    1 onion, cut into wedges

    ½ yellow pepper, diced
  • 0
    ½ green pepper, cut into strips

    ½ red pepper, diced
  • 20
    ml
    chopped fresh oregano

    10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0
    salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft. Add the peppers and sauté until soft. Stir in the oregano and cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until the tomatoes are just heated through and serve immediately.
