Chunky sauce with chicken and veggies

    oil
  • 4
    chicken breast fillets
  • 45
    ml
    seasoned flour
  • 250
    g
    frozen mixed vegetables
  • 575
    g
    readymade chunky pasta sauce (any flavour)
 

Method

 
Heat oil, toss chicken strips in seasoned flour and brown. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3 minutes. Add jar of readymade pasta sauce and heat through. Serve on pasta, chips or roast potatoes.
