Ingredients (5)

45.00 ml oil
4.00 chicken breast fillets
45.00 ml flour — seasoned
250.00 g mixed vegetables — frozen
575.00 g pasta sauce — chunky, flavour of your choice

Method:

Heat oil, toss chicken strips in seasoned flour and brown.
Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
Add jar of readymade pasta sauce and heat through.
Serve on pasta, chips or roast potatoes.
