Chunky berry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2
    cup
    vanilla ice cream
  • 1
    cup
    of mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries and blueberries)
  • 1/2
    cup
    fresh cream
  • 1/2
    cup
    milk
  • 1
    tsp
    vanilla essence
 

Method

Toss the ice cream, cream, vanilla and milk into a blender.
Blend for about 30 seconds.
Add the berries and blend for another 30 seconds. Do not blend for too long as you still want some chunky pieces of berry.
Place this into the freezer for about 10 minutes.
Remove from freezer just before you are ready to serve.
Add a few mixed berries for decoration.
