Christmas cake ice cream

  • 2
    Litres
    vanilla ice cream
  • 500
    ml
    christmas fruit cake, cut into small pieces
  • 10
    maraschino cherries, quartered
  • 10
    green cherries, quartered
 

Method

 
Remove ice cream from the freezer and allow to soften. Once soft, stir in the remaining ingredients to distribute evenly. Spoon mixture back into the ice cream container and freeze until hard. Serve decorated with maraschino cherries.
