Chorizo sausage and spinach salad

    green pepper, sliced

    red pepper, sliced

    onion

    spinach, shredded
  • 2
    tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 10
    slices salami, sliced
  • 100
    g
    chorizo sausage, sliced
  • 60
    ml
    oil
  • 30
    ml
    white wine vinegar
  • 45
    ml
    dill
 

Method

 
Sauté green pepper, red pepper, onion and spinach together for two minutes. Leave to cool.
Add tomato wedges, salami, chorizo sausages and the spinach mixture into the bowl.
Beat the oil and white wine vinegar together.
Pour over the mixture and toss gently.
Sprinkle dill over the salad.
