Chorizo, baby tomato and goats cheese pasta

    pack of Woolworths wholewheat spaghetti
  • 1/2
    pack of thinly sliced chorizo
  • 2
    garlic cloves, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1/2
    punnet of baby Italian tomatoes, whole or halved lengthways
  • 1
    log of garlic goats cheese
  • Olive oil

Pan fry the tomato, garlic and chorizo in butter or canola oil for a minute or two.
Toss in the spaghetti that you've cooked (about 8-10 mins) and crumble over the goats cheese.
Glug some extra virgin olive oil over the top and season well with black pepper and a pinch of Maldon salt.
