  • 175
    g
    butter
  • 80
    ml
    icing sugar, sifted
  • 500
    ml
    cake flour, sifted
  • 30
    ml
    cocoa powder, sifted
 

Method

 

Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
Cream together butter and icing sugar.
Add cake flour and mix.
Divide in half.
Add cocoa powder to one half and mix.
Chill. Roll out and place the chocolate dough on top of the white dough.
Roll up and chill.
Cut into slices and bake for 10 minutes.
