  • 200
    g
    Digestive or coconut tea biscuits
  • 30
    ml
    cocoa
  • 140
    g
    icing sugar
  • 100
    g
    chopped nuts
  • 75
    g
    coconut
  • 200
    g
    hard margarine, melted
  • 60
    ml
    rum or brandy
  • chocolate vermicelli, coconut or crushed biscuits for rolling
 

Method

 
1. Crush biscuits into fine crumbs. Combine the crumbs, cocoa, icing sugar, nuts and coconut. 2. Pour into the melted margarine with the rum/brandy. Allow to cool slightly, then roll into balls. 3. Roll in vermicelli, coconut or biscuit crumbs. Store in the fridge.
