    butter
  • 150

    brown sugar
  • 60

    milk chocolate, chopped
  • 30
    ml
    peanut butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • 125
    ml
    unsalted peanuts, roughly chopped or
  • 125
    ml
    white chocolate chips
  • icing sugar
 

Method

 
1. Combine butter, brown sugar and chocolate in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate has melted. Cool, but do not allow the chocolate to set. 2. Combine the peanut butter, eggs and chopped peanuts or chocolate chips. Stir in the chocolate mixture. 3. Pour into a greased and lined 19 cm square cake tin, bake at 190 ºC for about 30 minutes. 4. Allow to cool in the tin before turning out on a wire rack. Sieve icing sugar over baked mixture before cutting into bars or squares.
