    sponge fingers
  • 200
    g
    dark chocolate, melted
  • 190
    ml
    mascarpone cheese
  • 65
    ml
    strong Nescafé coffee
  • 65
    ml
    brandy
  • white chocolate shavings
 

Method

 
Dip top surface of sponge fingers lengthways in melted chocolate and set aside, chocolate side up, until cool. Pile sponge fingers onto a large plate and drop spoonfuls of mascarpone cheese on top. Mix coffee and brandy and sprinkle over dessert. Decorate with white chocolate shavings and serve (guests dip sponge fingers in cheese).
