Chocolate strawberry pots

Ingredients

  • 100
    g
    milk chocolate
  • 125
    ml
    cream
  • 40
    ml
    Cape Velvet liqueur
  • 200
    g
    smooth cream cheese
  • 200
    g
    fresh strawberries
 

Method

5 minutes
 
Place chocolate in a glass bowl. Stand the bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water until chocolate begins to melt.
Stir until smooth, then remove bowl from the heat and allow to cool.
Whip cream until stiff. Fold in liqueur and cream cheese.
Add half the strawberries and the chocolate and fold together gently.
Spoon into serving dishes and decorate with remaining strawberries.
