Ingredients (8)

125.00 g butter
190.00 ml brown sugar
60.00 g dark chocolate
2.00 eggs — large
30.00 ml peanut butter — smooth
100.00 ml peanuts — chopped
50.00 ml raisins
icing sugar — to dust

Method:

Place butter, sugar and chocolate in a saucepan and heat over a medium heat until chocolate has melted.
Mix together the eggs and peanut butter until smooth. Stir in the peanuts and raisins and mix into the chocolate mixture.
Pour into a greased and lined 20 cm square tin and bake in preheated 190 ºC oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Turn out onto a wire rack and sprinkle with icing sugar. Cut into bars.
