Coffee mocha chocolate mousse

    g
    dark chocolate
  • 2
    ml
    Nescafé coffee powder
  • 60
    ml
    cream
  • 2
    large eggs
  • 5
    ml
    vanilla flavouring
  • 7
    ml
    white sugar
 

Method

Break the chocolate into pieces in the upper half of a double boiler. Add the coffee powder and cream and stir over simmering water until the chocolate has melted.

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks and stir them into the chocolate mixture.

Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and gradually beat in the white sugar.

Fold this into the chocolate mixture. Spoon the mousse into long dessert glasses and chill until needed. Decorate with nuts or biscuits.
