Chocolate mousse

Ingredients

  • 125
    ml
    cream
  • 2
    dinky packs of readymade chocolate topping
  • 15
    ml
    rum or brandy
 

Method

 
Whip cream until stiff. Fold in dinky packs of chocolate topping of your choice and the rum or brandy. Spoon into dessert glasses and refrigerate. Serve with wafer biscuits.
