  • cream
  • ready-made chocolate topping
 

Method

 
Make a delicious and easy chocolate mousse for two by whipping 125 ml cream until stiff. Fold in two dinky packs of chocolate topping of your choice and 15 ml of rum or brandy. Spoon into dessert glasses and refrigerate. Serve with wafer biscuits.
