    marshmallow Easter eggs
  • 12
    ice cream sticks, or kebab sticks
  • 1
    squeeze butter icing, for each egg
  • 1
    icing sugar pen, or piping bag
  • 1
    selection sweets and sprinkles


Use a small, sharp knife to make a slit at the bottom of each egg. Carefully insert an ice cream stick.

Step 2: Pipe a design of your choice onto egg with icing (this acts as glue for the sweets).

Step 3: Stick small sweets on icing sugar designs or scatter over sprinkles.
