Ingredients (6)

240.00 g white sugar
300.00 ml water
500.00 ml brandy
10.00 ml vanilla — essence
1.00 ml almond essence
20.00 ml cocoa powder

Method:

Place the white sugar and water in a saucepan and heat, stirring continuously until all the sugar has dissolved. Boil for about six minutes until the mixture forms a thick syrup. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a clean jar or bottle, screw on the lid and keep in a dark place for about two weeks before using.
Makes about 750 ml liqueur.
